Our HEXBUG Micro Robotic Creatures Facebook page exists as a space for our friends and followers to post all things related to HEXBUG fandom, including fun anecdotes, pictures and even videos! With that said, this is not a place for customer service related inquiries. These types of questions are best handled by our customer service team, and any such correspondence should be sent to [email protected] to be handled.

We at HEXBUG are also not able to accept any new product ideas, so please refrain from posting any new product ideas on this page as we will have to delete them. While we truly appreciate your interest in submitting product ideas, we cannot accept any product ideas, concepts or material submission from consumers. We also do not review them or retain any copies of them, and we do not share them with any of our employees who are involved in product research, design, marketing, or licensing. Rest assured, we have a pipeline of fresh and new ideas currently in various stages of development that we think will keep you excited about our products, and we look forward to releasing new and innovative products in the coming months and years.
